Patient Liaison & Case Manager

Job Overview/Summary The candidate will assist patients in providing information, coordinating assessment and booking of spine treatment or surgery in our hospitals in Thailand and Germany.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Manage enquiries
  • Collate data for medical assessment by our surgeons
  • Liaise with patients GP, Radiology Clinic & Primary Care providers as required
  • Provide letters on behalf of our surgeons to organise pre-travel diagnostics
  • Coordinate travel arrangements - Liaise with Airline and Hotel partners
  • Be available as a back-up to assist patients during their time overseas
  • Support patients upon returning home, collate follow-up XRAYS as required
  • Help organise patient seminars
  • Manage own workflow and timetable
Further Details: This dynamic role combines skills from medical administration, travel consultant, and patient liaison backgrounds. The ideal candidate is career driven, with all training provided. University Degree (At least Associate or Bachelor’s degree) Previous Work Experience: Previous experience in Nursing, Medical, Travel Centre, Corporate Administration is beneficial. Understanding of physiological and anatomical terminology is a bonus but not required. Professional references must be provided. Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong organizational skills, good at multi-tasking, flexible
  • Ability to communicate in professional and friendly manner
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, managing CRM
  • Professional demeanour and good organizational skills
  • Understand patient needs to go the ‘extra mile’ and ensure patient satisfaction
Language Skills: Fluency in English, Mandarin is a bonus
