Major Responsibilities:
- Manage enquiries
- Collate data for medical assessment by our surgeons
- Liaise with patients GP, Radiology Clinic & Primary Care providers as required
- Provide letters on behalf of our surgeons to organise pre-travel diagnostics
- Coordinate travel arrangements - Liaise with Airline and Hotel partners
- Be available as a back-up to assist patients during their time overseas
- Support patients upon returning home, collate follow-up XRAYS as required
- Help organise patient seminars
- Manage own workflow and timetable

Education:
High School Certificate
University Degree (At least Associate or Bachelor’s degree)
Previous Work Experience:
Previous experience in Nursing, Medical, Travel Centre, Corporate Administration is beneficial. Understanding of physiological and anatomical terminology is a bonus but not required. Professional references must be provided.
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills, good at multi-tasking, flexible
- Ability to communicate in professional and friendly manner
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, managing CRM
- Professional demeanour and good organizational skills
- Understand patient needs to go the ‘extra mile’ and ensure patient satisfaction
Language Skills:
Fluency in English, Mandarin is a bonus
